Located 1.5 miles Southeast of the town of Salome, AZ, this farm has not been farmed commercially for several years. Since these years have been pesticide and chemical free, it is available respect people to be registered as an organic farm if the buyer desires.
This farm has has an extended growing period with the last cold weather typically in the month of January each year. With mild weather in February this property is ideal for orchard property, vegetable crops, corn & alfalfa production. The area is known as a great early vegetable producing area. The area currently has producing almond & pistachio orchards & vegetable farming close to this property.

Take I-10 West of Phoenix, AZ, exit Salome Hwy, continue 30 miles North to the town of Salome. Exit left on Cox Ave, continue South for 1.5 miles. The Northwest corner of the property is on the left / East side of the road. The property continues South on the left side of the road to Monroe Street.
